Delete your Credify account

You can permanently delete your account for the Credify app, published by Credify, at any time. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Option 1: in the app

  1. Open Credify and go to your Profile.
  2. Tap the Settings (gear) icon.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Enter your password and confirm.

Option 2: here on the web

Enter the email and password you use for Credify.

Forgot your password? Reset it first.

Option 3: by email

If you can’t sign in, email credifysystems3@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account: name, username, email address and password.
  • Your profile: photos, headline, bio, skills, experience, projects, and profile photos and documents.
  • Your posts and every video, image and file you uploaded.
  • Your comments and replies to them, your likes, skill credits and saved posts.
  • Your followers and the people you follow.
  • Your conversations and messages, for both you and the people you messaged.
  • Your notifications, verification requests, job applications, jobs you posted, and CREDIFY3 applications.
  • Reports you filed and reports about you or your posts.

What is kept

  • Records of paid plans (plan, amount and date), without your name or email, for our financial records.
  • Server logs, kept by our hosting provider for a limited period and then deleted.
  • Backup copies held by our hosting providers, which are removed on their normal cycle, within 30 days.

Anything other people copied or saved outside Credify, such as screenshots, is outside our control. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
